Shipping & Returns
We offer local pick up! Upon checkout, please select the Local Pickup option. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. All orders can be picked up during regular store hours. Please see our Contact Us page for current hours.
UPDATE WITH CANADA POST STRIKE: We will make all attempts to have your purchases shipped in a timely manner. If in the Edmonton area, you may wish to choose Local Pick Up at store - 9676 142 Street. Thanks!
We use Canada Post for shipping purposes. All shipments will receive a tracking number. Customer is responsible for any additional charges. Once your shipment is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or customs delays, however we are happy to assist you to track your package or submit claims. Shipping costs cannot be refunded once your order has shipped.
All online purchases are pulled from our Edmonton warehouse. We do our best to keep our inventory updated at all times, however, item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold or unavailable, you will be notified via email and given your options or your credit card will be refunded.
REFUND POLICY IN STORE
IN STORE PURCHASE RETURNS will be accepted for refund within 7 days of purchase, provided item is in original condition with tags attached and accompanied by an original receipt. Exchange or store credit will be given for items accompanied by a gift receipt within 7 days of receipt.
REFUND POLICY ONLINE
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS will be accepted in person for refund or exchange at Harlow Crestwood, 9676-142 Street within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please allow 48 hours for your return or exchange request to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. We cannot guarantee that an item will be available for exchange, due to limited and changing stock inventory. If an item cannot be exchanged, a store credit will be issued to be used in store only or a refund will be given. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, however if an exchange is requested and available, shipping charges will be covered by Harlow Crestwood. Please insure your package for tracking purposes. Harlow Crestwood is not responsible for the cost of lost packages.
ANY ITEMS WITHOUT ORIGINAL TAGS OR RECEIPT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL SALE ITEMS AND EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE. PURCHASES WITH A SHIPPING ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF CANADA ARE FINAL SALE.
